Max Review’s Asda’s JCB Hoody

From a young age Maxwell has always loved anything mechanical. He has always had a love for diggers, cars and even buses. Over the past few years we have purchased Maxwell many toy items from the kids JCB range, these toys have grown to be his favourite toys to play with however Maxwell was very excited to recently receive something else JCB related in the post.

Recently we were extremely lucky to review a JCB hoody. Maxwell has recently taken a strong interest in character themed clothing so he was thrilled when he saw a new JCB Hoody arrive in the post. As soon as Maxwell saw the hoody he recognised that one of his favourite characters was on the front – Joey. He was very impressed with the hoody and decided that he wanted to wear the hoody straight away.

Although casual, the hoody is a warm and comfortable piece of clothing for any child. The hoody is eye catching and very appealing to any JCB lover. The hoody includes a large JCB motif on the front of it and also includes the JCB logo on the arm. The JCB hoody’s main colour is grey and blue. I feel the hoody looks perfect with a pair of jeans and trainers and is suitable for day to day wear but is also perfect to wear to preschool.

We were sent the hoody in aged 4-5. I found that the hoody was the perfect fit for Maxwell and the hoody actually had a little growing space for Maxwell to grow in. I felt the hoody was accurate to size. The hoody included a fleece lining in which I feel is perfect for the spring weather we are currently experiencing. On a cold day, the hoody teams up perfectly with a coat however on warmer days, the hoody can be worn on its own with a t-shirt under to keep Maxwell nice and warm.

The hoody has a zip fastening which makes it easy for Maxwell to zip up the hoodyor to keep it open. I like the fact that he has the choice and this hoody is not a hoody that goes over his head. The hoody is 100% cotton and after a few washes, I feel that the hoody washes up well.The JCB hoody can be purchased at Asda. All prices start at just £9 which I think is a total bargain for something that is of good quality, includes a character and is very appealing to children.
