I began blogging when I was in a not so grand place – I had just got my diagnosis and just wanted to give up – what was the point in try when every time I got into something some impossible road block would come up, but the great thing about blogging is I can do it and if no one ever reads it well that’s ok.
While I often don’t speak about myself and my health on my blog it hasn’t ever really differed from the reason I started it. To think of the good and speaking about brands, companies and products I have come across and lets me disappear off into a world of ‘different thinking’ for a while.
I have to focus on the positives and negatives of ‘a’ product, rather than how much pain I am in today or how awful I feel mentally.
Before I blogged, I crafted – sadly that and my studies were taken away from me when I became ill. So blogging became something I could do any time – no matter if it was 1pm or 1am or if I needed to take a day or two off – it didn’t matter it was my schedule..
It also helped me feel less alone, sometimes spending days looking at the same four walls as you cannot move far can be hard. The fact that friends have moved on, or I moved away meant that no one was really around anymore, just to pop over for a chat – so being able to log on and speak to someone is great.
So I just want to thank everyone I have met on my blogging journey – you have all made an impact on my life and I thank you for that.
To those just starting their own blogging journey, you have a lot to look forward to. Enjoy it

Same here. I absolutely love blogging!
I think it is fabulous that you have managed to produce a positive and fantastic blog from a negative situation. You are an inspiration to others. Well done and keep it up 🙂 x
Hey I totally get where you are coming from and I’m so glad it has helped you. xx
