Jana Reinhardt.
Jana Reinhardt is a small company, run by a husband and wife team. The company was originally started by Jana Reinhardt (thus the company name). However, she was later joined by her husband Ross Cutting. Both of whom are master-goldsmiths and have a passion for hand-making jewellery.
Alongside their love for jewellery, they also are passionate about animal welfare and green living. So it is of little surprise that over the past 12 months they have created a number of pieces that are intended to not only raise awareness but also funds for charities such as Greenpeace, Animals Asia and OVAID. While also establishing partnerships with NAWT and PETA.
When it comes to creating their jewellery, the company don’t use machines and instead prefer the old techniques of wax carving and fabrication. The use of the techniques means there is no negative impact on the environment.
What’s more, all the precious metals used in the creation of Jana Reinhardt pieces are acquired from accredited suppliers based in the UK and Germany. These suppliers buy back and recycle scrap metal.
As such Jana Reinhardt is a more sustainable, environmentally-friendly choice when it comes to jewellery.
