Summer is coming I am sure of it! It will arrive with us soon and when that happens we will all be thinking about when we can head off to the beach and relax and enjoy some of the suns rays. Of course, with days at the beach, comes with the want for a new wardrobe and I have found some gorgeous plus size swimwear pieces that are on sale this year.
Simply Yours Swimdress – £35.00
I have to admit since my early twenties I have often chosen to go for a swimdress over your more traditional swimsuit, I like the fact they cover the top of my legs a little more and yet don’t really hinder you if you want to swim some lengths. This one in particular offers a subtle design that could easily be used with brighter accessories to bring out the green trim.
Simply Yours Playsuit – £25.00
For people who don’t feel brave enough to go down to a swimsuit, but want a bit more freedom at the beach or by the pool, then a playsuit might be the perfect addition to any suitcase this year. I totally admit I am loving the palm tree print on this one, perfect for wearing on some tropically getaway perhaps?
Simply Yours Beach Shawl – £14.00
For those who want to cover up theirs arms a bit more, or just want something close at hand that they could throw on, then a beach shawl is a great idea. I personally love the print of this one from the Simply Yours range and it even comes with a whole matching range, if you like to match up your items.
Simply Yours Beach Pants – £22.00
I have to admit I’ve not heard of beach pants before, but I think they are a great idea, after all you don’t know when that cool sea breeze might not take over and you just wish you had something to pull on, on top of your swimsuit. This particular pair are simple in pattern so could easily go with a lot of different items.
That is just a few items, I am dreaming about taking with me to so far flung shore, but what about you, do any of them jump out at you as must haves?

A beach shawl is a great cover up. I have a few I like to use when we go to the beach. I need to get a new bathing suit.
