I was given the opportunity to review an item from the store pink clove, I choose the Bomber Jacket in Khaki and let me just say, there hasn’t been a day were I haven’t worn it!
Even though it’s a Bomber jacket and they are typically quite bulky this one is surprisingly light- which is a massive bonus seen as though the Cumbrian weather is hot for a change!
I love this jacket even more because it is so versatile, in the pictures below I wear it in a casual look; perfectly paired with skinny jeans and a crop top. As it’s so versatile I find no problem styling a night outfit around this piece. I love grungy styles and it’s beautiful with a black shift dress, chunky heels and a dark lip.
This jacket retails at £20 which to me, is super cheap and worth every penny. Since I got this jacket I have actually purchased it in black and a few other items off the website. As pink clove caters for plus sizes (sizes ranging from 16 to 28) everything is designed to hide any lumps and bumps; whilst wearing this jacket I instantly felt like I wasn’t concerned about my belly and me actually wearing a crop top. The sizing of the products are really ‘true’ so you don’t need to feel self conscious about really small sizing (not like you should!).
But what instantly sold me was the material and how soft and luxurious it felt. I have another Bomber jacket which I paid £95 for and it feels cheap compared to this; girls, price doesn’t always mean better!
The lightness of it, the style, the gorgeous summery colour, the versatility of it, all of it just screams a massive winner for me.
