Bee venom is quite a well used way to give yourself a light ‘At Home’ face lift without having to go through any vigorous treatments.
The Beaute Mediterranea Bee Venom Lifting Cream is just that, it’s a good way to smooth your lines out a little and from the comfort of your own home.
Now I do have to stress, before using this product please try a small patch on your hand and leave overnight to make sure you are not allergic. I did this and my hand swelled so I asked my glamorous Mum to give it a go for me instead.
The packaging is plain but the orange is very eye catching, it’s easy to spot as it is really bright.
The actual pot for the cream is made of glass and rather heavy with a matte lid which is easy to take off.
The glass is brown and helps divert the light from the contents.
The first thing I noticed about this cream is the scent, it’s very heavily ‘honeyed’ and actually reminds me more of honeysuckle than honey itself.
The cream is very thick so you only need a little as it melts with contact and easy to massage into your skin.
Straight away my Mum said she felt a slight tingle with the first few uses, then did not notice anything thereafter, she said she got used to the feeling.
It doesn’t feel uncomfortable or makes her skin tight feeling.
After first use, there was no significant change to my Mum’s lines and wrinkles. However she said her face was nourished and felt soft. Her dry patches were instantly nourished.
By day 3 my Mum noticed her deeper lines were not as deep and the smoother lines were starting to fade. It was only slightly noticeable to me as I had not seen her for a couple of days and noticed the difference.
After 9 days, I saw her again and all the smoother lines had gone and the deeper lines were smoothing out somewhat. I would say she had some sort of extensive treatment to her face, however it was this cream only.
By the time we got to 2 weeks, the results were more noticeable and it looked like she had dropped 10 years off her age.
Now my Mum does suffer a lot from slacking skin around the face, jowls and eyes, but it had started to firm up somewhat when using this cream.
My Mum is like me, we both have very dull complexion and constantly look tired. Very tired and drained skin.
But the longer my Mum used this cream, the more natural she looked, gone were grey looking skin and she started to have some form of radiance to herself.
My Mum was looking great!
She is continuing the cream and been looking into the rest of the range for herself to see if the whole set will make even more difference to her skin.
It’s a really good cream and I am a little dismayed that I am unable to use it as seeing the difference it made to my Mum, it would be fab to try.
My Mum has a lot more confidence now and just from one pot of cream.
Who knew Bee Venom was this good? Face lift in a jar this is!

I keep hearing about bee venom. I’ve even heard of people having it injected! I’ve never tried anything that has it in it before.
