Kalme is a brand that was completely new to me prior to trying out the Kalme Chameleon Concealer. This brand has a specific target market which is people who suffer from any type of redness.
Products in the range contain extract of caper buds which is proven to reduce redness, liquorice extract, NDGA which is a strong antioxidant and perilla seed oil.
Kalme Chameleon Concealer is revolutionary in that it actively calms redness and conceals while adjusting to your skin tone. 30ml costs £19.95 and you can buy direct from Kalme.
It is very green when you first apply the product as you can see.
Once you start to work the product tiny beads that you can’t even feel release tinted foundation hence the product being called chameleon. You’ll notice redness starting to neutralise as you apply. After working the concealer for less than 30 seconds this is what the product looked like. It felt really moisturising and had a smooth none greasy finish without any creasing. I did try this on my face too but it’s easier to show you how it works on my hand for photos.
Kalme Chameleon Concealer is SOF20, free from parabens and perfume and suitable for sensitive skin. I personally have quite sensitive skin and didn’t have any reactions. Although it’s called concealer if you have rosacea you could use this all over as its not thick or cakey and it is builable.
If you have rosacea or suffer from redness this might just become your holy grail product.
